At Weego.ph, we are committed to transparency and clarity for both hosts and users. Please review the following cancellation policy that governs the use of our listing platform and package subscriptions.


1. Booking Cancellations

  • All bookings made by users are conducted directly with the host through their own website, booking system, or preferred method of communication.
  • Weego.ph does not handle or process bookings, payments, or transactions on behalf of hosts.
  • Therefore, any cancellations, refunds, or modifications to a booking must be coordinated directly with the host.
  • Hosts are responsible for stating their own cancellation and refund policies clearly on their listings.
  • Users must contact the host to request booking cancellations or changes.

2. Package Subscription Cancellations

  • Once a host has submitted a listing and subscribed to a package, the subscription is non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
  • Hosts may request to deactivate or take down their listing at any time by contacting support@weego.ph.
  • Taking down a listing does not entitle the host to a refund of the subscription fee.

3. Host Responsibilities

  • Hosts must provide accurate cancellation policies on their listings.
  • It is the host’s responsibility to manage cancellations, refunds, and communications with their guests.

4. Weego.ph Limitations

  • Weego.ph acts only as a listing and discovery platform.
  • We are not liable for booking disputes, cancellations, or refunds between users and hosts.
  • We encourage both parties to communicate clearly and resolve concerns directly.
