Terms and Conditions for Listing submissions
Welcome to Weego.ph! By submitting your listing on our platform and subscribing to a package, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Listing Submission and Package Subscription
- All listings on Weego.ph must be submitted through a valid listing submission.
- A package subscription is required for a listing to be published and visible on the platform.
- All listing submissions must comply with Weego.ph’s content guidelines.
- Hosts are responsible for providing accurate and up to date information regarding pricing, availability, and package details.
- Listings must include high quality images and a detailed description of services.
2. Featured Listing Benefits
- Featured listings receive higher visibility on search results and category pages.
- A well-curated featured listing enhances engagement and increases booking potential.
3. Fees and Payments
- Listing Fees: Users are charged based on their chosen package subscription:
- Basic Package: ₱0 (introductory rate, originally ₱24,000) for 1 listing, 1 category, valid for 365 days.
- Premium+ Package: ₱48,000 (introductory rate, originally ₱96,000) for 2 listings, 2 categories, featured listing, website, valid for 365 days.
- Premium++ Package: ₱68,000 (introductory rate, originally ₱132,000) for 2 listings, 2 categories, featured listing, website, and booking system on website, valid for 365 days.
4. Website Design and Development
- Weego.ph offers website design and development services as part of selected packages.
- The website is linked to the host’s Weego.ph listing and showcases the host’s property or business online.
- The booking system is included only in the Premium++ Package.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation and refund policies vary per host and must be clearly stated on the listing.
- Weego.ph reserves the right to mediate disputes but is not responsible for refunds outside our platform.
- Please refer to our Cancellations and Refunds policies for further details.
6. Content and Conduct
- Listings must not contain false, misleading, or illegal content.
- Hosts must provide excellent service and comply with Philippine tourism and consumer protection laws.
7. Liability and Indemnity
- Weego.ph is a marketplace and does not own or operate the listed packages.
- Hosts are fully responsible for delivering services as described.
- Weego.ph is not liable for damages, cancellations, or disputes arising from bookings.
8. Modification of Terms
- Weego.ph reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of any modifications.
By submitting your listing on our platform and subscribing to a package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
By proceeding with your package subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
