Host Registration Terms

These Host Registration Terms (“Terms”) apply to individuals or businesses (“Host”, “you”, or “your”) who register on Weego.ph for the purpose of listing their property, service, or destination. By registering as a Host and submitting a listing, you agree to comply with these Terms, in addition to our general Terms of Use.
1. Host Eligibility
To register as a Host on Weego.ph, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be the legal owner, operator, or authorized representative of the property or business to be listed
- Provide truthful and accurate information at all times
2. Verification Requirements
To ensure authenticity and build trust within our platform, all Hosts are required to submit the following documents during registration:
- A valid Government-issued ID
- A copy of your Business Permit
- Business Registration (e.g., DTI, SEC, or equivalent)
Once submitted, your documents will be reviewed by the Weego.ph team. If approved, both your Host account and your listing will be tagged as Verified on the platform.
This verification badge helps users identify trusted businesses. We reserve the right to request additional information or clarification during the verification process.
3. Accuracy of Information
By submitting your documents and listing information:
- You represent and warrant that all information is true, current, and complete.
- You agree to update your details promptly in the event of changes (e.g., business status, contact info, etc.)
Any misrepresentation or false documentation may lead to rejection, suspension, or removal of your listing/account.
4. Approval and Listing Rights
- Verification does not guarantee approval or publication of a listing.
- Weego.ph retains the right to approve, reject, or remove listings at its sole discretion.
- Verified status may be revoked if we discover violations of our platform’s standards or legal requirements.
5. No Booking Functionality
Please note: Weego.ph is a listings-only platform. We do not process bookings, payments, or reservations. Hosts are solely responsible for handling all customer inquiries, transactions, and agreements outside the Website.
6. Data Usage and Privacy
All submitted documents and personal/business information are stored securely and used solely for verification and compliance purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
7. Suspension and Termination
Weego.ph may suspend or terminate your Host account if:
- You violate any of these Terms or our platform’s policies
- You submit fraudulent, expired, or invalid documents
- Your business is found to be non-operational, unsafe, or illegal
